My wife and I are working to close on a building lot in north Georgia and ICF basement (potentially main floors) is a consideration.  Would love to have recommendations of concrete contractors that service this area from the community.  I was always leaning to PUR SIPs, but with prices where they are, it seems the gap to ICF may not be that large delta cost-wise.

Appreciate all guidance along the way.

What is the nearest town to your future lot? Some ICF contractors are willing to travel while others won't. So, distance may matter in your case.

Closest city is dawsonville, ga about 3-4 miles away. I know Nurdura has a Columbus, GA plant about 160 miles to build. Others reporting manufacturing in Ga are tfsystem, quadlock, integraspsc. More in NC, SC, AL which may have similar shipping distance.

You mentioning North Georgia made me think of my consulting on a Structural Concrete Insulated Panel (SCIP) home in the Dawsonville, GA area that included a basement.
