I'd suggest Bill Chaleff. Look on the left panel of this forum and read his articles. He seems to know as much or more than any other architect I've spoken with. I don't think you can go wrong with him.

Where in Illinois are you located? We have done some design work in the southern end of the state. And we have extensive experience in SIPS design. (We're located in western Kentucky.)
