I am researching cement fiber board skinned sips for building my home in South Louisiana.  Being in an area where termites are a concern I would like to avoid using wood as much as possible.  After the Katrina and Rita hurricanes, good craftsmen are very hard to get without waiting for an eternity and materials have sky rocketed; time is money.  I am familiar with ProTec and ThermaSave.  Anyone have any other suggestions or leads?

Bubba;

I have been directly involved with steel SIP construction in La. and FL. I know how great the termite problem is in your state. You could try Hercules Structures , LLC. in Baton Rouge they specialize in steel SIP construction
I would also advise steel stud framing for interior

Bubba: I am looking at SIPS for a commercial application and found a SIPS company in Vermont that will work with me on panels with cement board skins. They can do EPS and urethane. I can get soeone in touch with you if you like.
