Anything special an electrician needs to do when wiring an exterior steel sip? Bushing to protect the NM as it exits the steel skin or are the steel sips with steel stud interior partitions all conduit jobs? Just curious.

work is done with the same methods as using steel studs, exterior work is fed from the backside thru the furred interior
and romex may be used

This picture shows a ceiling fan box mounted to overhead metal SIPs that comprise the roof. 1 1/2" Hat channels are present. The bearing plate is 14ga. galv. stl. and the box is secured with #14 screws. Again notice the wire tie. It is a zip tie with an integral eyelet seen in the picture at the wire bend. This may seem labor intensive, but it is the right way to do it. Again this was inspected and approved.
