I want a SIP fish house. Light and strong enough for loading and unloading from a trailer. It would also be on skids, for dragging on the ice. Besides being light the floor should have a good walking surface and decay resistant, osb would not be a good choice. The walls and roof should have an outer skin that would require little if anything additional to be weather proof. The inside skin should require little if any additional finishing. Attachment points are needed for bunks, cabinets, shelves and so on. Ideas?

Yes, get some cheap metal SIP B-panels and whack together a fish house. Just don't stray too far from it. Against the snow it would be very easy to lose.

How would steel sips work for a floor? How would I deal with the seams?

We use them for floors when appropriate, not sure what you mean about the seams?

Do you just seal where the SIPs connect? when is it appropriate to use for a floor? I don't want to cover any surface, except maybe the floor with truck bed liner.

You would not need to cover it with anything, but a rubber mat would help the surface from getting dented by sharp objects.>
I have an air conditioned storage loft over 1/3 my garage using 4" x 7 ft. steel sips, I use it mostly to store old business files, I just cleaned out 8 years worth of old files today

Since SIPS are so flexible, once you are done with the project, you should cut the edges and paint it to look like it was put together with giant LEGO building blocks. That company might even have marketing funds to defray the cost of construction for you.

Unless you were thinking about something in a French Provincial fish shack, that is. :-)
