Hi, our construction company www.icfinstall.com pays for our farming habit www.fortcauseway.com
We are to the point with our farm that it will almost cash flow but to do so will take additional infrastructure improvements.

I envision a few SIPS eco cabins on the Hambro roof of our 40 by 70 ft ICF shop roof.  I would like to provide AC only off of geothermal, the rest would be solar water and power.
The Hambro is engineered for a green roof with, if I remember correctly, 60 lbs per ft. live load.  I envision several cabins with shared demising walls.  I wonder the weight per sq. ft. of a quality exterior panel?

We are sprouting barley for green feed in a rudimentary greenhouse down in the ICF shop to provide consistent year round high quality organic pastured pork, poultry and lamb  We would like to enclose this operation in a SIPS room instead.  This is a 99% humid environment.
We will need a walkin freezer and cooler.  Is it cheaper just to get a stand alone cooler/freezer?
We will need a milking parlor/cheese processing room.
All these rooms will share demising walls and possibly occupancy separation, but will be inside of existing ICF structure.

I am mostly wondering what are the options available for SIPS these days for high moisture and sanitary environments?  I am a no wood no rot kind of girl....
Also who would you recommend to service N. Wyoming?

The bg picture, I would like to make a modular setup that can be moved and taken with me, as relocating is probably neccessary for us to farm profitably....And in the same breath we are working towards helping others provide "urban farming"  options where a package like this could be integrated into any large building or  industrial unit in any urban center....
So I'm looking a little at weight vs. price vs. sanitary cladding options....

Thanks for your thoughts,

Kevin
