Are there manufacturers in the US that produce curved, metal skin SIPs with a specified radius for walls and roofs?  If you know of any, please furnish web address.

Alton,
I have been in it for nearly 20 years and while they can be built in a plant, it is a very expensive endevour with no market demand.
It can be accomplished by the installer in the field

Two sheets of sheet steel bent to the proper shape, tied together with bolts and then filled with pour-in two part foam might work. Boat builders often use this to fill cavities.

One builder suggested this same idea for the roof but mentioned using a jig instead of bolts to properly space the skins.  My concern about this method is that it will take someone with experience working with two part polyurethane to assure quality for the life of the roof.  Pouring urethane is quite different from spraying it.

I talked to a sprayfoam contractor about spraying foam between two skins for a continuous wall.  It probably could be done but there would be no assurance that the foam would be consistent (without voids).

I like Chris Kavala's method for making a curved wall but will the kerfs weaken the panel too much if used for the structure of a roof?

Alton,
Monocoque : is a structural approach that supports loads through an object's external skin, similar to a pingpong ball or egg shell. The term is also used to indicate a form of vehicle construction in which the skin provides the main structural support, The technique may also be called structural skin or stressed skin.
The kerfs are reattached with new skin materials – stitch screwed together, with the exterior curvature , it may be stronger than the original flat SIP

Curved panel roof system design is one of the important task which can be not done accurately can affect the strength of the building. There are many manufacturers in US who can manufacture these types of metal roofing.

Englert123, these are not SIPs , they are simply curved standing seam panels

Metal roofing depends on the metal type as different metals has different properties, so it affects the design and curve design of the metal. One should get to know about these and after that he can apply it either in building or some other way.
