I've read kits sips on a budget, I have been trying to decide how to finish out a steel frame kit(CSC Building Systems NUshelter homes)I've gotten some feedback ie steel frame lowers R values, sips retain moisture rusts steel, sips does mot need additional framing. I am also on a budget, not ready to build but I'm in NC. Uwharrie National Forest is my backyard so I need something I can get down miles of unpaved roads-most heavy equipment excluded. So DYI considered.

DUHH! I've done some reading (which I should have done first) and I meant to say ips. Good way to show what an idiot I am, but that's why I'm on here reading and asking questions. I need to be educated and I will admit it.
