My wife and I are planning on building in North Georgia (Canton) area. We have a basic design that were looking at. Nicholas Lee Modern Farm house plan 888-1. It is larger than what we want so I'm looking to have either that designer pare it down or find a local architect to design something similar. I like what I understand so far about SIP construction. Does anyone have any recommendations for local architects, builders familiar with SIP and a recommended SIP manufacturer that has had sales in our area? Thanks. https://www.houseplans.com/plan/3038-square-feet-3-bedrooms-2-5-bathroom-farm-house-plans-2-garage-37601

You can contact Innova Eco Building System in Miami Florida, they ship to Georgia and have a licensed SIP familiar Architect that can assist with your project. Innova manufactures MGO SIPS and provides a 20 year warranty for its products. Their panels are hurricane rated.

We can take just about any plan and make it a structural insulated panel (SIPS) home, so if you have a particular plan in mind, please send so we may give you a quote on that design or we can assist you in your design from even a simple sketch to begin the process. Our quotes will include all exterior wall panels/ roof panels; lumber panel splines, wall plate & fascia lumber, sips screws for wall corners and roof panel attachment, adhesive caulk sealant , seam tape, joint & gap foam, lifting hardware, plan set (engineered if required) and delivery to your building site! Wall panels have horizontal wire chase's at 16" & 48" and vertical at all panel seam ends. Roof panels vertical at all panel seam ends. We also offer floor system packages that can be incorporated into the sips exterior package above, if requested. gwisejr:
Permatherm is centrally located in Georgia and can easily supply your SIP needs, they are termite resistant and offer no food value to pests
panels are easily moved by hand
