You can absolutely build high-end SIPs yourself. https://newatlas.com/room-to-move-tiny-house/41799/

sure you can , were still waiting for someone to step up to the plate and lead the way, but haven't seen that happen in the 18 years I have been on this forum.

BTW: your link says the tiny house was made with recycled materials

Who is going to assume the liability for untested SIPs? It certainly won't be the building department. While you may never have a problem with your homemade sandwiches, a savy building inspector will no doubt shut you down when you try to pass your framing inspector. I hope said inspector does not know your name on this forum.

Excuse me if what I say sound naïve, Im just a DIYer with just a bit of experience in construction. So anyway, I wanted to know if anyone ever considered making your own SIP panels using aircrete rather than foam? Cause you know, with aircrete you wouldn't need glue Im assuming, you wouldn't need vacuum, you could play a bit more with your parameters as you choose your ratio of foam to concrete yourself, you could decide either you add metal framing and what type, and the maximum R value for aircrete is double of that of regular SIP panels. Off course the more R value you add to your aircrete, to less solid they are, as you have to sacrifice the amount of concrete for higher ratio of foam. But I think if you make a timber frame and don't use your DIY panels as a structure but just as a cover, it might be doable. Also I haven't seen anyone working their aircrete with added components yet, I think it's a fairly new concept, but I suspect you can make much more solid aircrete by working on the base mixture a bit, adding some materials to make it more solid. A biochemist friend was explaining how he made his concrete much stronger by adding some types of platics, maybe there is something to it.

Would this change anything? I mean, I know SIP panels are really hard to make, but I don't understand how this could be relevant.
