Interested in building houses respecting the Passive House standard and looking for alternatives - Kingspan QuadCore, Permatherm or other products. Any opinion appreciated, thanks.

Biased as I am a residential rep for Permatherm .Permatherm are "Structural" ..........Kingspan quadcore are IMPs ... Insulated Metal Panels(not structural) and they would require a steel frame

Thank you for your reply. I am interested in using the panels in order to manufacture modular homes ( permanent ones, there is a certain confusion between prefab and modular ), so extra steel will be used anyway because of the transport requirements. One of my partners is an architect so the next logical step is to make a project for the base module. The idea fits nicely with my other initiatives, and I must confess I am interested as a customer as well, in order to build my new personal home.
