A contractor used aluminum clad SIPS to roof over my patio. Now I am finding piles of fine foam under the seams where the caulking has separated. I'd like to know how I or a contractor can fix the problem. I am aware that the panels expand and contract with the seasons which tears the caulking.

opakeith,
the same expansion and contraction is rubbing the foam at the joint and causing the foam dust,
scrape out all the old caulk and recaulk with a good elastomeric caulk that will stretch with the aluminum
