First, my apologies for posting this here. But I have tried to contact the list owner/moderator in the Feedback/Support forum and gotten no response, more than once. I have a couple questions about the list and functionality. Can anyone tell me who and how to ask my questions? Just in case someone knows: I can not get my posts to show paragraphs ... I format a new post with paragraphs but when I submit them all the formatting disappears? I also can not insert a smiley/emocon ... not really very important but I am curious as to why. I also see no way to insert a hot link/URL? I see them in others posts but I don't appear to have access to that tool/function? I am using a newer Mac and my browser is Safari. Any help is appreciated.

The Mac has always handled some formatting characters differently.

You can look in the controls or settings or Preferences for Safari and turn on the functions that make it more compatible with websites like this. There are posts in which others have explained this in more detail.

You can also get FireFox as a browser, which I have used for years and find to be excellent.

I had hoped for a simpler solution ... oh well.  I downloaded Firefox (which I'm using now) ... and

a new paragragh ... with a smiley

and a toolbar to create an active link
