Bill - glad you got it worked out

FB - sounds like you have a plan. For not much money your installer can run wiring to support any future dampers and additional thermostats - that would make it much easier down the road. Take Pix of that wiring before rock goes up and finding it in future will be much easier.

My wife took over 100 digital pictures of all our walls before rock went up - what a lifesaver! Minor plumbing, electrical and gas line problems that surfaced after rock went up (as well as finding some things they rocked over) were so much easier to resolve with pictures

Great ideas: pix and pre-wiring. Plan to use plenty of magic markers on the ICF and interior stud walls as well as updating .dwf files in Drawing Viewer (free software online) from AutoCad. As some point I will either get AutoCad or have someone update original drawings.
