The unit shut down today. The CXM board said Fault Error 8. The installer changed the Capacitor again in 4 weeks.
Any clues why this could be happening?
Thanks again..

New development -
My unit has a supply of 7 gallons per minute on the source side. Climate Master says this should be 15 gallons per minute.
The installer disagrees. It is a 5 tonn water to water unit.
Any thoughts??

It gets confusing now. You posted a 7 psi pressure drop on the source side coil before (meaning about 16 gpm flow), now you are saying it is 7 gpm flow.
At the end of the day.....either your flow or your delta T is to low. I can only repeat myself, from the information you have given us, your refrigerant is not taking enough heat out of the source water. While I am the first to question the need for high gpm, the factory specs and the rating are done at 12.5-15 gallons for a 5 ton w-w, so your installer is incorrect.

EWT is high enough to resemble open loop.
We need you to clear up whether you and your installer meant 7 gpms or psi.
