So, to close this thread, the contractor tried to relieve the stresses on the pipes, but the leaks continued. He then replaced all the compression fittings, and it still leaked. Upon further consultation with Rehau, it was discovered that the contractor was over tightening the compression fittings and using dope. A third contractor was brought in. He moved the entire manifold to where the loops came in perfectly straight, replaced all the compression fittings again, removed some galvanized fittings from the original installation, upgraded the pipes from the manifold to the flow center from 1" to 1.25", and removed some tight right angle pipe fittings. Final result, no leaks detected after several weeks.
