What you should be complaining about is RRP.

Renovation, repair and painting rules for lead?
That IS one of the bits of nonsense I do not agree with. Poorly thought out, poorly implemented
and practically unannounced.

The deregulation and small government movement were a direct sponsor of the recent coal mine and oill well disasters. A probable 10-30 million + gallons so far with no end in sight into one of the the most productive ecological areas in the country. But think of how much the taxpyers saved for the benifit of BP and Halliburton. Was it worth it?

Both of those have more to do with a lot of money being directed to members of big Government. Small Governments would require less lobbyists and financial donations.
Better to get rid of the endemic corruption.
