the mini-split in my office keeps humidity between 30-40%


Do the controls allow you to adjust a humidity setpoint as well as temperature?  (Some do- and internally dial the blower speed back until the RH setpoint is satisfied.)

Another good thing about some mini-splits is that they use inverters - they can control the compressor output and run more continuously in light load conditions. This is better for dehumidification.
