How many cracks are acceptable in new stucco?

Hi

I have a similar problem with my stucco.
I have a rock dash finish.
Lines appear when it gets wet  ( not cracks)
The lines dissapear when it dries.
Should I be concerned about water  getting behind the stucco.
I have attached a picture of the finished stucco.
