Gee, I don't think so, but there is a lot of good info!

It's just getting lost in the dynamics of being a conversation which has too many subjects.

Story of my life I guess.

Anyway I've decided to form and pour a 11" X 16" coloumn and beam for my lintel. 2 courses if ICf on top all poured at the same time.
After further review and advice I'm feelling this will be the best way to ensure anything I deciide to do on the second floor will be supported.
Got 75 snap ties a whoile bunch of stirrups and a 55 gallon barrell of dogs in the truck ready to go.
I guess the easy way would have been to go 3 courses of ICF's but I never do things the easy way.
