I started looking at adjustable brick ties and did find the Blok Lok products via google search.

What I'm leaning towards now is an adjustable rectanglar unit tie made out of 3/16" galvanized wire.  In particular, I'm looking at the Wire-Bond 1800 and 1801 shown below.

http://www.wirebond.com/adjustrecties.html

WireBond has a plant relatively close by in Memphis and local block companies are distributers for their products.

With the Lite-Form ICFs that I am using which are 8" tall and smooth between the forms (no interlocking castellations), I plan to lay a 4-3/4" 1801 rectangular double eye tie every 16" vertically and every 24" horizontally (this meets building code requirements for spacing) as I assemble the wall.  The eyes will be up against the face of the foam with ~2" imbedded in the concrete wall during the pour.

Then the brick layer will insert the 3-1/4" 1800 rectangular double pintle tie into the 1801.  The legs on the 1800 can be installed down or up which gives ~2.5" of vertical adjustability.
