Not trying to be argumentative, but when a statement is made with no documentation to back it up, I would take for granted that it does not comply with USDA specifications,
Permacrete is certainly not making the claim on their web site, just you

Dont know what to say I'm not their marketing person although after harping on about it with you I feel like it LOL.

Subject: Argument for the sake of Argument.

I just sent Permacrete an email requesting USDA approvals and got a response in less than a day, as you seem determined not to take my word for it try emailing them yourself I couldn't care less I don't work for them.
I don't come on these sites to spout BS and get into pissing matches with people who have nothing else to do, is this because I'm an ICF installer and you are a SIP's guy Chris? as I'm too busy for that having poured over 300 yards this week alone.
I come on here to maybe help someone out with a little knowledge and some suggestions what are you hear for
