How is putting that 3-5/8" plastic channel in your foam better than just cutting a 1/4" wide x 2" deep groove in the foam after the pour? Not to mention that I doubt they give that product away.

Watching the video, it looks like a lot more work than the standard practice of cutting wiring grooves in the foam after the fact with an electric chainsaw or equivalent device.

Also, I would think that that cut in the foam and plastic ties could adversely affect the strength of the forms and possibly lead to blowouts during the concrete pour and consolidation. I would check with your ICF manufacturer and get their input before attempting to install that device.

Looks like a solution to a non-existent problem to me. Much like Arkie said, why complicate the way it is currently done?

Or as I like to put it, "A solution in search of a problem!"
Even a retired engineer can build a house successfully w/ GBT help!

Actually, this product works well for areas like training areas or server rooms where you expect to make regular changes or modifications to wiring. Regards

I could see that as a good use for it, still would rather not put it in prior to the pour. The server room would be a much better image to show on their website than the typical footer to roof cross section.
