I came with 27.25 assuming a 6" wall and 4" slab, 20"x10" footing. Waterproofing at $.50 per sq ft, dimpled membrane. Never used peel and stick. Since I am more efficient with my labor I would have 12 man hours per man for 3 men. The only thing I don't do is the flat work. I sub it out.

I am asking what your bid price would be. Since everyone is saying my icf price with slab is so outrageous.

There's an Amish guy in Lancaster, PA that quoted me $98/ linear foot for 8' high ICF walls as long as the design wasn't too complicated. The footings along with form-a-drain was included. Basement slab was not included.

That’s $8600 for my job. Figure another $3000 for the slab puts you at $11600. Unfortunately my Amish builder doesn’t do block or icf. Seems $14,380 is a fair price all things considered.
