I'm aware of 2 WEL-monitored installations in CA ( http://welserver.com/ww/ ).

One of which is a gas fired unit ( http://welserver.com/WEL0135/ ) in Gold River.

The other installation may be a geothermal installation since it also has solar electricity production, but, I'm not sure.  It's at http://welserver.com/WEL0038/ , located in San Francisco.
