ManorWood homes located in PA is custom building a modular home for me. The biggest issue is that I had very limited choices when it came to insulation. Hopefully these new modulars will exceed the R21 fiberglass batt walls and R38 blown cellulose ceiling/roof which was the maximum they offered.
