I would like to know what impact / benifit if the ICF products using at tropical country like Sri Lanka. and also the suitability and durability. Pls explain how the wall get plastered or finishes on ICF products

In Sri Lanka the benefits of ICF would be keeping the interior climate controlled more more on the cool side as opposed to keeping it warm in cool climates. The demands on your cooling system would be less.
There would be the benefit of structural strength if it was located in a hurricane type sinario.
There exterior finish would likely be acrylic stucco, like peracrete, which is very durable and water resistant.
