I'm looking for an experienced ICF installer for a job in NE Alabama.
Located in Henagar, AL. Off exit 231 on I59. Due East of Huntsville close to GA line.
2000 sf house on full basement w/drive under garage. Structure is a simple rectangle 50' wide X 40' deep. Basement to have 600 sq ft garage and 1400 +- conditioned. Long axis sets back into hill.
Openings "all in front wall":
-Double garage door
-Two windows
-One door
Basic gable SIP home above. Not engineered yet so please give cost options for wall thickness (6" or 8")
-Need 8' ceiling - Truss floor system to set on top of ICF's.
Need sub to do bid on the following:
- provide all materials, labor, heavy equipment and bracing etc
- Excavation (estimate mid range) 9% +- slope, 7 feet rise over the 40 feet.
- dig and install footers,
- install and pour ICF walls - four girder pockets total
- pour slab inside walls, sloping garage area to door
- install french drains around foundation
- waterproof exterior
- back fill after floor system installed
