I am transitioning from 6" basement blocks to 4" blocks on the first floor. I am 1 3/4" off on standard coursing to use conventional methods. I have come up with this detail that I think solves the problem but would like to get others opinions.

I know that NUDURA has something called a Transition Bracket that is designed for what you are explaining. I would suggest you call your NUDURA Rep for more information.

Why did you decide on 4" above grade? What does your Nudura rep suggest?
