I am planning on building a 2 story house with a walkout basement in the twin cities. I am contemplating either ICF basement/SIP main levels or an all ICF house.
In either case, I will be looking to do some ICF work myself i.e. stacking, bracing, and would like an expert to do all the concrete work plus consulting.
I would love to get names of some contractors who would take on a project like that.
Thanks |

We are located in the west metro. In the past we have helped on hourly basis or just consulting. We just consulted/taught some students for Goodwill Easter Seals construction training program, the project is a new house in St. Paul. |

Many ICF companies will send a team to your site to assist you with this. In any event, you will want your ICF consulting and concrete pouring team to be very knowledgeable/experienced with the specific ICF system/product that you will be using for your design/build. |

Sailawayrb, Thanks! I agree with what you are saying, that's why I have been looking and haven't made a decision on the contractor yet. Brad, I should get my plans any day now ( being reviewed by the structural engineer). I will contact you once I do have em. I hope to break ground as soon as the weather allows. |
