I have a double exterior door which was placed directly on the ICF block. The wood jam has some rot issues which I am currently repairing but looking for suggestions on how to seal it up so the water doesn't seep in. Is that just caulking as much as I can or is there a better solution? I'm sure there should have been more done when first installed... TIA

Just caulk....and good caulk...my go to is called Solar Seal...
Might want to list what your exterior is? Brick, vinal, James Hardy....people might have other suggestions if they knew the exterior finish.
is the door flashed correctly?
