I really want to find a "semi local" SIP system, that has a great R-Value (the bigger the R-Value, the better) , and can make a complete shell (roof/floor/walls). The location will be western Montana. Do SIP dealers charge per panel? Per SQ FT? What would be an approx. cost?

Call Big Sky R-Control. They are a manufacturer located in Belgrade Montana, and should be able to find a good distributor/contractor to fit your needs. All pricing is SQ FT. I'm not sure what prices are like in Montana.

Big Sky R-Control is the closest I've found to our area, but without quotes or more research that is all I know of them. I'm looking to build in Western MT next spring.
