the furnaces and geo systems I sell come with 10 year part warranty. Labor warranties vary from 1 to 10. Buyer beware of exclusions.
While our company does not exclude anything unless it's covered by insurance (i.e. damaged by fire or flood), many folks are dissappointed by the fine print.
